FAQ

  • Returning items MUST be in original packages with accessories and in the same conditions as you received it, if item is a non working item DentalMachines.Com will make sure the item is working or replaced, you have 14 days from the time of the delivery to report the defect if you do not report it within that time it will be at my descretion if the item can still be warranted, if you decide you dont want it after getting a non working item you must pay shipping cost to send it back for the refund otherwise we will make sure you have a new working machine.
  • Damages caused by misuse CANNOT be returned
  • Customers pay for S/H for returning or exchanging items + 25% restock fee and shipping
  • Item(s) come directly from the factory and take 5 to 10 working days for orders to get delivered by USPS or DHL.
